The G7 taxi company offers a new version of its mobile application to its subscribers. The objective is to offer a more efficient experience for ordering a taxi thanks to a new enriched customer journey. This new version arrives 1 year after the overhaul of its general public application which aimed for more intuitive operation and simplified navigation. To date, ten thousand companies have subscribed to G7.
The application provides access to 17 levels of service
Previously, the G7 Subscribers application only allowed C Level Executive List access to three levels of services. The new version of the G7 Subscriber application offers 17 service levels and options. This represents 1.5 million combinations of criteria to choose the driver best suited to the needs of the transported customer.
You can view the estimated delivery times for all service categories at a glance to compare them and choose the best option. And you can optimize your trips by using the real-time travel time estimate before placing an order.
The new mobile application offers access to a wide range of services, for business or leisure travel. G7 therefore offers the Premium Club, Business Club, Service Plus, Service, G7 Green, G7 Van, G7 Van VIP, G7 Access, G7 Coffre +, G7 Famille or G7 Vélo.
